Deftero Spiti Mavros Kolimpos. 

Mavros Kolimpos lies 14 km to the east of Ierapetra. Here you will find a beautiful villa. On the ground floor of the villa the owners, Inge and Fred, have built four lovely studios.
Deftero Spiti has a very spacious garden, a swimming pool and a communal room which they call the Kafenion.

The colourful studios.

There are 4 very spacious studios, fitted out with every convenience, and each one has its own colour scheme.

The studios are suitable for 2-3 people and each one has its own patio. The interior is fully fitted out. Each studio has a shower, basin, toilet, kitchen with electric hob, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, cutlery and crockery.

There are also enough towels and sheets. As an extra service there is a television in each studio which is connected to the satellite dish so that you can watch the news at home.  All the studios have air conditioning.

Self-supporting.

The studios are cleaned before you arrive. After you leave, our friendly managers Angelika and Jens will clean everything again.

The only thing we would ask is that you make sure you have done your last washing up and cleared it away before you leave.
During the time that you rent the apartment, you have to keep the studio clean yourself. We provide cleaning materials.

It is good to know that there is a washing machine so that if you want you can wash a few things during your holiday.
