All the apartments (i.e. the studio, the one-room apartment, and the two-room apartment) have a kitchen with new equipment, such as an electric hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee maker.

There are plates, bowls, cutlery, and pans for you to cook your own meals. Everything is new: the beds, the dining table and chairs, and the outdoor furniture, which is much better quality than the usual, notoriously flimsy, plastic tables and chairs.

Of course, all the apartments have a bathroom with shower and hot water heated both by the solar panels and electricity. The latter is not needed much, because thanks to its unique climate, Tertsa gets a lot of sun! All the balconies have a sunshade. For guests with children, children's furniture is available.
In short, Villa Lambros is completely new and of excellent quality.

Beaches and mountains on the doorstep.

The beaches are very close. First of all there is the beach, one minute away, with beach beds and parasols, but there is another beach slightly further away. 4 minutes walk away at the most there is a more secluded beach, where a blind eye is turned to nude sunbathing.

Villa Lambros is also a good starting point for walks in the mountains which lie behind the village.
